Gary Allen Taylor, age 54 of Graceville, Florida, passed away Friday, December 30, 2011 at his home. Mr. Taylor was born October 30, 1957 in Plant City, Florida to the late Joseph Harold and Clara Mae (Devore) Taylor. He had been a resident of Graceville since 1985, coming from Brandon, Florida. Mr. Taylor was a produce manager for Wal-Mart and a member of the First Baptist Church in Chipley. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by; a son, Benjamin Taylor; a daughter Amanda Taylor, and a sister, Beverly Minton. Survivors include: his wife, Dorothy Taylor of Graceville; two sons, Joshua Taylor of Graceville and Caleb Taylor of Graceville; one brother, Samuel Taylor of Live Oak, Florida; one sister, Sandy Butler of Lithia, Florida; and many relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 2, 2012 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Brown Funeral Home, Brickyard Road Chapel in Chipley. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. in the First Baptist Church in Chipley with the Rev. Michael Orr officiating. Interment will follow in Wachob- Forest Lawn Cemetery in Chipley.
