Felton G. Daniel, age 81 of Cumming, GA passed from this life on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Accent Care in Cumming, GA.  He was born on March 5, 1941 in Cairo, GA to the late Felton R. Daniel and Ella Rae Thomas (Daniel).

Felton served in the United States Navy and after his time in the military went on to work for the Florida Department of Corrections.

He is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Pat Daniel of Cumming, GA and her two children, Jeff Hunt and wife Laura of Lawrenceville, GA, Ladonna Dodgen and husband Lee of Gainesville, GA; one brother, Lamar Daniel and wife Shirley of Crestview, FL and his children Deanne Daniel, Melissa Currie, Aaron Shane Daniel all of Crestview, FL; one sister, Carolyn Simmons of Vernon, FL and her children Renea McKenzie and husband Joey of Sunny Hills, FL, Kimberly Register and husband Scott of Vernon, FL, Ted Simmons of Crystal Lake, FL and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Brown Funeral Home.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. with the Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 A.M.  Interment will be held at Vernon City Cemetery.
