Elizabeth Ann Garrett passed from this life Sunday, September 17, 2023 at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital. She was born in Holmes County but lived her life and graduated from Chipley. She was born to George T. and Delma (Land) Adkins. Libby was a hair stylist and she loved everyone she has ever worked for. She loved her family, friends and spending most of her time with her fiancé.

She is preceded in death by her husband Larry Garrett, her parents, her brothers Wayne and Gary Adkins and her niece Tonya Adkins Campbell. Libby is survived by her brother Greg Adkins and wife Jackie, her sister-in-law Linda G. Adkins, her kinship caregiver Michal Pritchard, her uncle Devon Land, her nieces Michelle Watford, Lisa Jenkins and Jenna Adkins, her nephew Justin Adkins, her friend/sister Gail Walters and her fiancé John Haney.

Funeral services for Libby will be held at a later date for friends and family. Memorialization will be by cremation. A special service will be held for Libby and Gary.
