Edward Tilden Hall Jr., was born and raised in Laurens County, Dublin Georgia on August 26, 1946.  He passed from this life on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at his home at Lucas Lake, Chipley, FL.  Edward was born to the late Edward Tilden Hall Sr. and Mary Lynelle (Mixson) Hall.

He attended Pine Forest United Methodist Church, Riverside Military Academy, Dublin High School, Pasadena Playhouse College of Theatre Arts, and an Information Technology School in Atlanta.  He served in the Army National Guard.  He worked as an IT specialist with Southern Company for 38 years until he retired.  His church family is First Baptist Church of Woodstock, Georgia.

He is survived by his wife: Cecilia Godwin Hall of Chipley, FL, one sister, Hannah Hall Warren and husband Johnny of St. Simons Island, GA, two nieces, Michelle Warren Wallace and husband Carey of Charlotte, NC, Heather Warren Johnson and husband Robert of Powder Springs, GA, two great nephews, William Warren Wallace and wife Sarah of Concord, NC, Benjamin Carey Wallace of Charlotte, NC and two great grand nephews Silas and Felix, stepson, Braxton DeKalb Raley and wife Alexis of LaGrange, GA, stepdaughter, Brittany Dana Berry and husband Mark of Slocomb, AL, stepson, Brantley Delon Raley and wife Je Hui of Rodenbach, Germany.  He is also survived by seven grandchildren: Trenton Grant Berry and wife Katee of Slocomb, AL, Tanner Brody Berry and wife Scotlyn of Dlocomb, AL, Savannah Lee Raley of Rodenbach, Germany, Logan Rocco Raley of Kennesaw State University, GA, Salinger Jerome Raley of Rodenbach, Germany, Asher Godwin Raley of LaGrange, GA, Madden Cole Raley of LaGrange, GA, and one great grandchild, Grant Parker Berry of Slocomb, AL.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Brown Funeral Home.  Visitation will begin at 12:30 P.M. with a Memorial Service to follow at 1:00 P.M.  Reverend Brad Price will be officiating.  Memorialization will be by cremation.
