Douglas David Back, age 44, passed from this life Thursday, June 4, 2009 at his residence. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 11, 1965 to Clarence David and Katherine Elaine Back. Mr. Back was self employed in medical concepts and has been a resident of Washington County for the past 13 years coming from Tallahassee Florida. Doug has been married to his wife Lory for 21 years. He is survived by his wife Lory Back of Chipley, Fl., one son: Bradley D. Back of Chipley, Fl., one daughter: Katie Lee Back of Chipley, Fl. His father: Clarence Back of Vero Beach, Fl., His mother Katherine Parramore and step-father Charles of Port St. Lucy, Fl. Two brothers, Christopher Back and wife Cathy of Fort Pierce, Fl. and Jeffery Back of Atlanta, Ga. Memorial services will be held 3PM Sunday, June 7, 2009 at JEH Witness Kingdom Hall. Memorilization by cremation.
