Dorothy Lee Corbin, age 81 of Cottondale, passed away Monday, July 16, 2012 at her daughter's home in Elk River, Minnesota. Dorothy was born June 7, 1931 in Bonifay to the late Wallace and Genina (Brownell) Jones. She was a homemaker and a member of the Sapp Church. She is predeceased by her husband, Clyde Corbin. Survivors include: two sons, Raff Corbin and wife Sheila of Cottondale, Donnie Corbin of Cottondale; two daughters, Janice Nelson and husband Richard of Elk River, Minnesota, Teresia Ratcliff and husband Mike of Bonifay, Fl.; two brothers, Bill Jones of Pensacola, Fla. and L.D. Jones of Pensacola; one sister, Bonnie Ard of Pensacola, Florida; ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday, July 20, 2012 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Brown Funeral Home, Brickyard Chapel. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Brown Funeral Home, Brickyard Road Chapel with the Rev. Robert Simmons, Rev. Larry McKeehan and Gerald Vickery officiating. Interment will follow in Salem Freewill Baptist Church near Cottondale.
