Don L. Galloway, age 68, from Chipley, FL passed from this life Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center, Dothan, AL.He was born December 2, 1946 in Vernon, FL to J.E. and Annie Lou Galloway. Don was a Plant Manager at Florida Gas Transmission Co. and served in the National Guard for 6 years.Don is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Stephen Don Galloway and 7 brothers.He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Mary Lou Galloway, two sons, Stann Galloway and wife Kelly of Vernon, Brent Galloway and wife Yeya of Dothan, AL., one brother, Vaughn Galloway and wife Bonnie of Pearl, Mississippi, 2 sisters, Delila Callahan and husband Gene of St. Cloud, FL, Mary Lou Cotton and husband Thad of Orange Park, FL, one stepson, Harvey L. Hayes Jr. (Dobber) and wife Tammie and one stepdaughter, Melonae Godfrey of Chipley, 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at First Baptist Church of Chipley with the Rev. Mike Orr officiating. Interment will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery in Chipley. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Florida Baptist Children's Home.
