Dolly V. Mitchell, age 68, passed from this life on December 31, 2023 at Blounstown Heath and Rehabilitation Center.  She was born on September 9, 1955 in Panama City, FL to the late James David Parish and Freida Louise (Savage) Parish.

Dolly is survived by her son, Michael Riley and wife Amanda of Chipley, FL, one grandson, Dalaine Riley of Chipley, FL.

Memorialization will be by cremation with Brown Funeral Home & Blue Lake Crematory of Chipley, FL in charge of arrangements.
