Derktje " Teddy" Godbold, age 79 of Chipley, FL passed away December 15, 2014 at Bay Medical Center in Panama City, FL. Teddy was born March 5, 1935 to the late Willem and Grietke Splik in Terapel Kavaal, Netherlands. Teddy is preceded in death by her husband Phillip R. Godbold. Survivors include, one son, Eric Godbold and wife Annie of Fountain, FL, one daughter, Bonnie Haney of Sachse, Tx, two sisters, Trix and Han, five grandchildren, Matthew, Johnathan, Natalie, Brandi and Heather, two great grandchildren, Kasyn and Keegan. Memorialization will be by cremation.
