Deborah Godfrey Farrell, age 66, of Chipley, FL passed from this life on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at her home.  She was born on December 21, 1958 in Orlando, FL to the late Richard and Peggy (Winnings) Watkins.

Deborah has been a resident of Chipley for several years coming from Orlando and worked as a teacher here in Chipley at Grace and Glory until her retirement.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother; Tommy Watkins.  Survivors include her husband, Richard Farrell, two sons, James Godfrey, Jacob Godfrey, one daughter, Rebeka Deem (William), two brothers, Bobby Watkins (Brenda), Kenneth Watkins (Paula) and numerous grandchildren.

Memorialization will be by cremation with Brown Funeral Home & Blue Lake Crematory of Chipley, FL in charge of arrangements.
