Deborah (Debbie) S. Yglesias, age 63, of Chipley, FL passed from this life on Friday, June 16, 2023, at her home with her family.  She was born on July 9, 1959 in Miami, FL to the late Cecil E. Scruggs and Thelma (Presnell) Scruggs.

Debbie is survived by her loving family: her husband, Michael Yglesias, two daughters, Kimberly Stephens (husband Jamey) and Katie Rogers, three grandchildren, James Stephens, Jordan Stephens and Sophia Rogers, two sisters, Pat Light (husband Steve), Pam Gluck (husband Gary) and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Debbie was a faithful servant of God, with a loving and kind heart, who never missed an opportunity to spread God's word. Her imprint on those left behind will be cherished forever.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023, from 4-5 pm at The Yglesias' Home at 1294 Dragonfly Lane, Chipley, FL to honor Debbie.  Memorialization will be by cremation.
