Alan Dale Kolmetz, age 63 of Graceville, passed away Monday, November 3, 2014 at his home, after an extended illness. Dale was born June 28, 1951 in Chipley to the late Elam Milton Kolmetz and Letha (Cook) Kolmetz. He had been a resident of Graceville most of his life, a graduate of Chipley High School and a member of Salem United Methodist Church in Graceville. Survivors include; his mother, Letha Kolmetz of Graceville; one brother, Neal Kolmetz and wife Yolanda of Graceville; one nephew, William Alan Kolmetz of Graceville as well as several Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 11 A.M. at Salem United Methodist Church in Graceville with the Rev. Steven Ashbrooks officiating. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 262 Tri County Road, Graceville, Florida 32440.
