Crayton T. Shaw, age 74, passed from this life Sunday, January 24, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Chipley, Florida on October 9, 1941 to Claude Perkins and Mary Ella (Tiller) Shaw. Mr. Shaw worked and retired from the Department of Transportation as a surveyor. He was a life resident of Vernon, FL and was a member of the Vernon Evangelistic Church. Crayton is preceded in death by his parents, one brother Lloyd Lee Shaw and one granddaughter Kylie Nicole Shaw. He survived by his wife Sue Shaw, his two sons Crayton Scott Shaw and wife Kriss and Kyle Shaw and wife Stephanie all of Vernon, FL. Two sisters, Imogene McClaine and husband Robert of Homerville, GA and Frances Gioia and husband John of Austin, TX. Three grandchildren Arika Shaw, Kayleb Shaw, and Ashley Harrison and one great granddaughter Kylien Harrison. Funeral services will be held 2:00P.M., Tuesday January 26, 2016 at Vernon Evangelistic Church with the Rev. Keith Mashburn officiating. Interment will follow in the Vernon City Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5 to 7P.M., Monday, January 25, 2016 at the Church.
