Clarence R. Collins, age 63, of Chipley, FL passed from this life on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at his home.  He was born on September 14, 1959 in Washington County, FL to the late Leroy Collins and Bonnie (Creamer) Collins.

He is a long time resident of the Washington County area and worked as a General Contractor.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his siblings, Troy Lee Collins, Wilford Collins Sr., Christine Kitchens, and Matilda Teate.

Survivors include two daughters, Ann Marie Williamson of Chipley, FL, Alicia Collins of Chipley, FL, one son, J.R. Williamson of Chipley, FL, two grandchildren, Makaylia Williamson, Makenzie Williamson, one nephew, Wilford Collins Jr. and wife Lisette of Graceville, FL.

Memorialization will be by cremation with Brown Funeral Home & Blue Lake Crematory of Chipley, FL in charge of arrangements.
