Charlotte Louise O'Connell, age 78 of Chipley, Florida, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2013 in Chipley. Born in Lynn Haven, Florida, Charlotte had been a resident of Chipley since 1969, coming from Panama City, Florida and was a homemaker. Survivors include: her husband of 45 years, John Patrick O'Connell of Chipley; one daughter, Wanda Taylor of Panama City; two sisters, Francis Martinez of Homerville,Georgia and Jean Bartlett of Panama City; three grandchildren; one great grandchild and one great great grandchild. Memorialization will be by cremation with private family services to be held at a later date.
