Bobby "Richard" Fritts, age 71, passed away Friday, October 11, 2013 at his home in Vernon, FL. Mr. Fritts was born in Bluff City, Tennessee on January 28, 1942 to the late Walter and Elva (Combs) Brownlow. Richard worked for the Federal Government as an Illustrator and has lived in Vernon, FL. for the past 13 years coming from Leesburg, GA. Mr. Fritts is survived by his son, Timothy Fritts of Leesburg, GA.; three daughters, Pamela Moore of Albany, GA., Venica Carmichael of Leesburg, GA., and Joanna Jones and husband Mike of Maysville, GA.; one brother, Raymond Fritts of Winston Salem, N.C.; one step-son, Patrick Cook and wife Karen of Leesburg, GA. and 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00P.M. Monday, October 14, 2013 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Memorialization is by cremation. Brown Funeral Home of Chipley, FL. is in charge of the arrangements.
