Billy Ray Young, age 67, passed from this life Thursday, April 9, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Lexington, North Carolina on November 25, 1947 to Wilford and Violet "Lamb" Young. Billy work on a Nuclear Plant, was Baptist by faith and has lived here for the past two years coming from Panama City, FL. He is predeceased by his parents and his wife Sylvia Young. Billy was survived by his two daughters Amy Moore and husband Rusty of Chipley, FL and Sherry Bowens and husband Donnie of Churchland, North Carolina, 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Memorialization will be by cremation.
