Betty J. Spencer, age 81, of Chipley, FL passed from this life on Monday, September 13, 2021 at Washington Rehab and Nursing Center from a lengthy illness.  She was born on September 3, 1940 in Chipley, Fl to the late Broward and Martha Finch.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Winston C. Spencer, daughter, Erma Gainey McCallister, siblings, Patrick, Willie Mae, Ross, Ronnie, Carlos and Ferrell.  Survivors include, one son, Winston Terry Spencer, one daughter, Gloria Gainey Paige.  She also has six grandchildren, Brandon Paige, Cody Spencer, Brittany Spencer, Amanda Spencer, Shannon McCallister, Kristen Chambers, 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  The family would also like to extend a Special Thanks to Morrell Spencer, April Finch and Angela Spencer.

A Memorial Service will be scheduled for a later date.  Memorialization will be by cremation.
