Betty Sue Pierce, age 75 of Chipley, passed away Thursday, August 28, 2014 at her home. Betty was born October 9, 1938 in Colquitt, Georgia to the late Willie and Anna B. (Sheffield) McGuire. She was a homemaker and had been a resident of Chipley for the past 30 years, coming from Clearwater, Florida. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband of 32 years, Eddie C. Pierce. Survivors include; six sons, Johnny Moss of Largo, Teddy Moss of Largo, Norman Moss of Chipley, Phillip Moss of Chipley, Paul Pierce of Clarksville, Tenn., and Kevin Pierce of Chipley; four daughters, Mary Ann Lockhart of Odessa, Fla., Tina Pierce, Theresa Pierce and Lori Pierce all of Chipley; 34 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be announced at a later date
