Mrs. Betty Majorie Bruner age 78 of Chipley, Fla. passed from this life on May 11 in Dothan Ala. Mrs. Bruner was born December 31, 1933 in Washington County to Franklin and Ressie Wade Barber. She was the wife of a Methodist minister for twenty eight and a half years, she stayed home to see after the sick, she is a member of the Grace Assembly of God Church in Chipley. She is preceded in death by her infant son Timothy Joe Bruner, her parents Franklin Timothy Barber and her mother Ressie Wade Barber, brother in Law, Clifford Still half sister Willie Hazel Barber Still, brother in law James Thomas (Shine) Jenkins and Addie Lawson Jenkins she is survived by a daughter Connie Renee Franklin and her husband Steve of Lynchburg Virginia Granddaughter Tina Woody and husband Keith, and Chris Fowler four great grandchildren one neice, two nephews and lots of cousins. Graveside services will be Monday May 14, 2012 side at Salem Methodist Church cemetery at 11:00 A. M. Brown Funeral home of Chipley directing.
