Berness E. Russ Jr., age 76 of Vernon, FL passed from this life on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay, FL.  He was born on October 27, 1945 in Vernon, FL to the late Berness E. Russ Sr. and Enid (Tiller) Russ.

He is a lifelong resident of Vernon and a graduate of Vernon High.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
